Prescott Valley's Silver Anniversary
Prescott Valley, Ariz—“A town was born on the grassy mesa of Prescott Valley yesterday.” These were the first words in a local newspaper story dated August 23, 1978, under the heading “Townhood Issue Approved: PV residents incorporate.”
The 25th anniversary of Prescott Valley’s incorporation will be held on August 22, 2003.
The Town of Prescott Valley was incorporated on August 22, 1978. It was founded by developers—Prescott Valley, Inc.—in 1966.
