Augie's Place - Opens the Day After Thanksgiving!

(Prescott Valley, AZ - November 17, 2003) The day after you eat the most
traditional meal of the year, stop by Augie's Place for dinner or an
appetizer, and enjoy something slightly different - contemporary western
fare with a Northern Arizona flair! Prime rib made from the area's only aged
beef, a slab of ribs, or juicy rotisserie chicken will refresh you after a
day of post-Thanksgiving shopping. Snack on sliders - mini-buns stuffed with
barbecued pork, meatloaf or chicken - with one of Augie's house special
whiskey drinks to shake off the cold fall weather. Owner Augie Perry and
Chef Fitz (recently of the Hassayampa Country Club) developed these recipes
just for Prescott Valley! Augie's, on Main Street adjacent to Harkin's
Theater in Prescott Valley, opens at 4:00 p.m. weekdays, 11:00 a.m.
weekends; the kitchen and bar stay open for late night dining and
entertaining.
